I have developed four steps for success in search of personal development.

1. Good ideas

Thoughts are the seeds of enterprise's life. Good life comes in search of good ideas. Never stop your search for knowledge. Finding ideas can change life. Business Ideas, Social Thoughts, Personal Thoughts-The time that has come is not as powerful as the idea. Become the inventor of good thoughts: timely ideas, political ideas, family ideas, healthy thoughts. Then, do what I am doing: Keep a journal. Keep the good ideas logged. It's for serious students. I used to note the pieces of paper and could find that I could not pass through it, could not list them, and I found very good stuff. So I learned to keep good ideas in the journal. It's the extension of your Learning Library.

2. Good plans

Become a student of good plans. The plans are important because they give birth to ideas. Plans take into account the market. Plans are well executed, they bring ideas into a better life. Non-plan ideas are always stopping like rendering on the artist's wall. They have never become a reality. They never become substances. So be a good student of the plan.
